How can we have a sustainable relationship with local creation?

Consequent lines of enquiry

1.      How much of the planet ‘Earth’s’ energy (both embodied and free) can be used directly by humanity and how much is needed to maintain the global systems on which we rely?

2.      How much of the energy that humanity can sustainably use can we embody in the capital that we use to support our life-style?

3.      How much energy is available as income to sustain our life-style?

4.      How much of this energy income can be used for different parts of our life-style:

a.       To provide our nutrients

b.      To provide shelter and clothing

c.       To provide a supply of harnessed energy for heat and power

d.      To acquire knowledge and provide entertainment
