People have vision and seek to develop their
environment and are prepared to put their time and effort into pursuing their
chosen aims through organisations. To achieve these aims
they create and give things meaning. None of us ever truly exists in isolation
because we have friends and influences, including the places we love. We
are part of the web of life on this planet and, ultimately, each one of us is a
